no one ever tells you how weird it is to have natural long nails. i type with my nails now which is a really strange feeling. also you have to like maneuver things differently like moving a book for instance, you feel like they are going to brake if you pick it up the way you would if you did not have nails. certain earrings are a bitch to put on like my snug the little ball gets stuck in my nail, lol. granted most of these are when i have no nail polish on, like right now. the nail polish makes them feel stronger so it’s not as weird. but still. they might look awesome but it’s like having long hair…you must take care of that shit. 

shaping my nails now takes for freakin ever. especially since i’m trying for a slightly more pointed tip. i actually shortened my left index finger cuz it was too long. not much but i have never done such a thing! 

one awesome pro to long nails is no one ever believes their real. as if it’s impossible to have healthy, long nails. i tell you though if a long nail bends it hurts like a son of a gun. i’ve always wanted long nails though i just had no idea how some things would change.

just a little tip on long nails. i think with the proper care any length looks great. it’s just your preference.
